Inventory management/S&OP:
Major clients in France : Intermarché (1800 stores), Carrefour (1200 stores), Casino (500 stores), Auchan (400 stores) Sales forecast readjustment during the loyalty campaign based on weekly retail sales results (special promotion during 6 to 20 weeks) Create and manage supply schedule to retailers DCs and store allocations based on sales forecast at a national level. Objective: minimize inventory returns while avoiding in store shortages. KPI returns % : less than 10%. KPI Store product availability : above 98%
Loyalty campaigns management : Create project planning, highlight key deadlines to ensure milestones are met (KPI On Time Break Date : 100%) Lead internal and external meetings. Implement key program deliverables such as store visits and market research. Accountable for campaign profit & loss .
Client management : Key liaison between client and internal services. Communicate campaign results on a weekly basis with relevant analysis, identify key performance issues and propose action plans. KPI program client satisfaction : 4/5
