  • Within the IT team, support and responsible for the development and evolution of Ubisoft's E-commerce payment tools.
    As E-Commerce Payment Analyst - B2B/B2C Commerce Management & Operations. (Specialized in Online Payment, Tax & Fraud ) My tasks as follows:
  • Operations:
    • List and give visibility on payment methods configured per currency/country/project
    • In charge of the pricing configuration for all AAA PC games and E-Commerce stores
    • Checking regularly that the configuration for each project is up to date and correct
  • Business Analyze:
    • Payment methods benchmarks
    • Payment experience benchmarks
    • Monthly payment reports to share with Ecommerce stakeholders(country/zone/Payment methods usage…)
    • Provide payment expertise to business teams (recommended payment methods to implement, payment UX best practices..)
  • Customer Support:
    • Investigate unusual failed transactions to find the root cause (across different systems: SFCC, Internal solution, PSM, MPS, PSPs)
    • Coordinate special contacts between customer support and payment service providers’ contacts
    • Listing and management of CS agents access
  • Finance:
    -Fees control (fees applied by service providers)
    -Provide reports to business teams (payment methods usage, conversion rates…)
    -Help finance with getting statements in time at the beginning of each month
  • Fraud:
    -Grey market rearch: Consumer behavior, investigation, etc.
    -Operation: Fraud refund action, Fraud transaction investigation.
  • Tax:
    -Tool user: Avalara, Taxamo
