Within the IT team, support and responsible for the development and evolution of Ubisoft's E-commerce payment tools. As E-Commerce Payment Analyst - B2B/B2C Commerce Management & Operations. (Specialized in Online Payment, Tax & Fraud ) My tasks as follows:
Operations:
List and give visibility on payment methods configured per currency/country/project
In charge of the pricing configuration for all AAA PC games and E-Commerce stores
Checking regularly that the configuration for each project is up to date and correct
Business Analyze:
Payment methods benchmarks
Payment experience benchmarks
Monthly payment reports to share with Ecommerce stakeholders(country/zone/Payment methods usage…)
Provide payment expertise to business teams (recommended payment methods to implement, payment UX best practices..)
Customer Support:
Investigate unusual failed transactions to find the root cause (across different systems: SFCC, Internal solution, PSM, MPS, PSPs)
Coordinate special contacts between customer support and payment service providers’ contacts
Listing and management of CS agents access
Finance: -Fees control (fees applied by service providers) -Provide reports to business teams (payment methods usage, conversion rates…) -Help finance with getting statements in time at the beginning of each month
Within the Ubisoft E-commerce Product team, I support the launch and improvement of various initiatives related to direct sales of the EMEA, NCSA and different games departments. At the crossroads of different departments (Business, IT, Legal, Finance, Logistics, etc.). My tasks as follow:
Operations:
Support the business teams in their use of the E-commerce platforms.
Manage and update the front (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and back-end (internal solution) platform content: catalog and pricing management, data quality checks.
Internal solution platform: Products’ Promotion & Metadata set up.
Stock & Delivery:
Order delivery management: check the order transmission flow from the store to the warehouse.
Test:
Compare and proofread the product catalog of the new platform system.
Support the EDUA original series Global Creative Marketing team by managing all planning in France overall campaign timelines, project deliverables and resources.
Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables. (small team: 5 people)
