  • Within the IT team, support and responsible for the development and evolution of Ubisoft's E-commerce payment tools.
    As E-Commerce Payment Analyst - B2B/B2C Commerce Management & Operations. (Specialized in Online Payment, Tax & Fraud ) My tasks as follows:
  • Operations:
    • List and give visibility on payment methods configured per currency/country/project
    • In charge of the pricing configuration for all AAA PC games and E-Commerce stores
    • Checking regularly that the configuration for each project is up to date and correct
  • Business Analyze:
    • Payment methods benchmarks
    • Payment experience benchmarks
    • Monthly payment reports to share with Ecommerce stakeholders(country/zone/Payment methods usage…)
    • Provide payment expertise to business teams (recommended payment methods to implement, payment UX best practices..)
  • Customer Support:
    • Investigate unusual failed transactions to find the root cause (across different systems: SFCC, Internal solution, PSM, MPS, PSPs)
    • Coordinate special contacts between customer support and payment service providers’ contacts
    • Listing and management of CS agents access
  • Finance:
    -Fees control (fees applied by service providers)
    -Provide reports to business teams (payment methods usage, conversion rates…)
    -Help finance with getting statements in time at the beginning of each month
  • Fraud:
    -Grey market rearch: Consumer behavior, investigation, etc.
    -Operation: Fraud refund action, Fraud transaction investigation.
  • Tax:
    -Tool user: Avalara, Taxamo
  • Within the Ubisoft E-commerce Product team, I support the launch and improvement of various initiatives related to direct sales of the EMEA, NCSA and different games departments. At the crossroads of different departments (Business, IT, Legal, Finance, Logistics, etc.). My tasks as follow:
  • Operations:
    • Support the business teams in their use of the E-commerce platforms.
    • Manage and update the front (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and back-end (internal solution) platform content: catalog and pricing management, data quality checks.
    • Internal solution platform: Products’ Promotion & Metadata set up.
  • Stock & Delivery:
    • Order delivery management: check the order transmission flow from the store to the warehouse.
  • Test:
    • Compare and proofread the product catalog of the new platform system.
    • Support the EDUA original series Global Creative Marketing team by managing all planning in France overall campaign timelines, project deliverables and resources.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables. (small team: 5 people)

    • Implementation: Creation and administrative management and accounting of subsidiary, acquisition, Industrial establishment.
  • Take part in local and international operations:
    Processing operations in import and export letter of credit (L/C), letter of guarantees (LG), trade finance, forfeiting, etc.
  • Follow customers' requests ; propose recommendations:
    The main customer : Groupe automobile PSA, Airbus, Areva, Arkema France, Eurodif, etc.
  • Assist the manager in dealing with personal business and handling the issues of personal savings and credits.
  • And also help him in maintaining & growing the customer portfolio, through regular monitoring of the relationship and assessment of the risks.
  • Understand and anticipate customer’s needs as well as identify incremental sales opportunities.
  • Work as members of the store team to lead a positive customer and brand experience.
  • Maintain an awareness of all promotions,advertisements.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Combining the chinese students of UT1. Provide advice and solve problems.
    Organize the cultural activities, and to improve their life of studying abroad.

  • Build planning (4 weeks to 12 months) and scheduling for the continuous activity.
  • Create and carry out the events of the association: cultural events (concerts, sports, conference, career forum). Results: five events, 350 participants in total.
  • Coordinate the running competition "Runnning Man France".
    Results: six partner institutions, activity fund 2500€, 120 participants in total.
  • -The objective is to facilitate the organization and to conduct all the activities for members. Putting the Toulouse's students at the first place, gather around their common interest: the "swing" dance. It will be distributed to all members as well as to each new member.
