  • Inspected YuanDa Industrial Park 7 times to assess overall situation and collateral for debt repayment

  • Conducted Due Diligence Investigation of 2 potential acquisition targets with accounting and law firms, including a full valuation analyses, synergy assessments and a review of the strategic fit
  • Collected and assessed data on 6 companies’ finances, needs and prospects, drafted pitch book; presented evaluation results to head office through daily conference calls and answered inquiries
