I'm a person who has been involved in wide range of activities, and in all of them I found that I'm passionate developer and helper in anything I get hands on. That includes not only developing the projects itself but also their members.
I have been part of more than 20 different projects connected with non-governmental work, social development, language learning, leadership, training, IT, etc. Most of my work was done in English both live and online. I have coordinated and been a leader for teams from 5 to 25 people online and offline.
Being into IT from a young age, I have developed natural ability to learn and apply different programming languages, concepts and gadgets. I lean towards web development as and area to continue my career, by involving my skills in HTML5, CSS & JavaScript.
For the last 2,5 years I have lead, facilitated and developed non-formal trainings on wide range of soft-skills, to audiences between 5 and 150 people. The topics included communication, team and time management, team development, feedback, how adults learn, public speaking, resource management, personal goal settings & development and a lot more.

Few months after I started my work I was promoted to Business Developer. Continuing my responsibilities as a teacher, I'm now in charge of strategic development, planning and coordinating processes in different areas of the team.
I'm directly responsible for sub-projects and for coordinating knowledge and efforts in order to develop new ideas and business concepts. My area includes finding and resolving bottle-necks in order to ensure growth and development for the project and its members.
I'm part of the team of EasierEnglish from the start of the web-platform. As a teacher my responsibilities include, writing interesting and educational articles and exercises about English language and grammar.
My area of expertise was Technology, and as part of my work I wrote articles on English and Bulgarian for the most important daily news.With time I also started writing blog articles about Startups and web technologies.

As a total 150 people have been on tours led by me and I greatly improved my knowledge (mainly by self-educating) of interesting and important facts of older and newer events in Bulgarian and Varna history.
All the tours were delivered in English, with topics ranging from Bulgarian history, to contemporary culture, music, cuisine, etc. For my time on the team, I have done tours for groups ranging from 1 to 30 people, while always trying to be as fun and educational as possible.
Moreover I was part of the team which prepared team-building for the teams of Association 365 of whole Bulgaria (around 40 people)
As part of the Varna Team of 365 Foundation I was responsible for delivering 2 hour-long walking tours of the central part of Varna to tourists - mainly foreigners.

My main role is to ensure high quality experience of every member of the Local Committee. I lead and manage the team responsible for recruiting new members and developing the people in the local branch.
I also took part and was final responsible for the logistic and organizational activities of Local Induction Seminar Spring 2012 of Local Committee Varna. The seminar was 2 days, with 2 different tracks, 30+ delegates, and 10+ team of presenters/trainers.
