- Hiring, interviewing, recommending, training & supervising, teachers and lab assistants to ensure full staffing capacity of the English language department.
- Scheduling the lab use for faculty members as well as instructors and setting up special workshops outside the regularly scheduled hours when needed.
- Training & guiding our lab instructors as well as students on the appropriate use of our lab equipment & apps.
- Accommodating inquiries related to special languages' software including but not limited to audio and video instructional materials.
- Assisting instructors & other departments in developing, implementing, and overseeing the delivery of exams, special classes, and workshops in the language lab.
- Developing requisitions and other work-related forms, tracking orders, and operations systems to better streamline the delivery of all programs in a timely fashion.
- Conferring with directors concerning the development and implementation of Laboratory policies and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison with other departments, attending meetings with communication and social media services, customer services, finance department, and other staff members while ensuring better cooperation and coordination of the program policies and procedures.
- Maintaining staff's awareness about new software updates and technical advances that will revamp our lab's programs and operations.
- Overseeing the organization of cultural as well as linguistic events throughout the academic year to bring students together and let their inner artists out.
- Maintaining close relationships with different stakeholders, university partners, and service providers and providing adequate support when needed
- Assessing our internal needs for international high-stakes tests and this includes but not limited to the TOEFL iBT, TOEIC L&R, IELTS, DELE etc.

- Designing, overseeing, and advising on the delivery of test prep classes for our students' body.
- Coordinating the TOEIC L&R as well as the TOEFL iBT tests booking, and delivery with Amideast Rabat Testing department for purposes of placement, professional insertion, national & international mobility purposes.
