Plan and deliver aircraft training programs for factory production employees and field support personnel.
Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and analyzing current operating problems, future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs.
Perform data analysis and gather information for new training; prepare and maintain training materials; and coordinate the development of new training materials and training aids.
Coordinates training content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structure, such as wings and fuselage and functional components including rigging, surface controls using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun and drills.... .
Able to read aircraft maintenance manuals, service bulletins and other specification to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components on aircraft, Examine/inspect structural parts to detect cracks or breaks. short of overhaul is required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition.

Inspect, overhaul and repair aircraft flight surfaces, structure, survival equipments and modify fuel tanks systems equipment and fuel cells, by using various sealant types.
Operate all associated ground support equipments, hand tools, special tools, fixtures and adhesives... etc
Use maintenance drawings and blueprints to accomplish repairs on assigned equipment, Documents discrepancies in applicable forms.
Corrosion inspections., remove, treat corrosion, and apply protective coatings on aircraft and support equipment.
Inspect, repair/modification of aircraft composite sandwich structures including fuselage, wing components and doors.
