An Atlanta attorney, Zachary Andrew McEntyre has served as an associate and now partner at King & Spalding, LLP, for over nine years. He works on complex commercial litigation, and has defended corporate clients in consumer class action suits. Zachary Andrew McEntyre also defends financial service entities and law firms in such matters as fiduciary and professional liability litigation. In one noteworthy case, he represented an automaker in a putative class action centered on allegedly defective brakes.
Mr. McEntyre completed his bachelor’s degree in history and political science at the University of Georgia, and went on to pursue a juris doctor at Mercer University. While enrolled in law school, he also served on the Board of Governors of the Student Bar Association and on the Moot Court Board.
Mr. McEntyre gained experience as a campaign aide while working for the “Mark Taylor for One Georgia” campaign. Furthermore, he is the co-author of “Frederico v.
