A recent graduate of Wichita State University (WSU), Zach Reding holds a master of education (M Ed) with a focus in exercise science as well as advanced professional certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. He excelled in the classroom and on the sports field at WSU, receiving an Evans Scholarship and maintaining a consistent presence on the dean’s list. While working toward his M Ed, Zach Reding completed strength and conditioning internships with both the WSU Shocker and the Southern Methodist University Mustang varsity athletic programs.
Further, Zach Reding has developed comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for multiple sports teams as a WSU Shocker graduate assistant. His concentrated graduate assistantship with the Shocker baseball team included creating position-specific exercise plans for individual players.
Mr. Reding has also coached baseball through the D-BAT (Dallas Baseball Academy of Texas) Elite system. Working with teenage boys at the D-BAT’s 15U level, he oversaw player development and game planning as an assistant head coach in Addison, Texas.
