  • Development of Marketing plans and strategies aimed to achieve commercial KPIs and business objectives. Collaboration w/ the External Communication team to create and plan dedicated tailor-made product or service campaigns (channels definition, assets final decision, key messages approval...)
  • Development of Communication Strategies, Content Personalization and Prospect Management approach, aimed to promote services/products offered by the subsidiary banks to their customers/future prospects, by using all the channels and touchpoints available, leveraging on the digitization of processes and new digital tools (Mobile Banking APP, Internet Banking, Sites, Webinars, Email Marketing, Social Media)
  • Collaboration with data-oriented professional stakeholders - CRM and Data Analysts - for the creation of a "Data Management System" platform that allows us to collect as many data as possible from our users and allow the customization of the contents based on clients/users' needs and preferences with the final goal to structure and initiate a Marketing Automation project.
  • Project Management activities for UX and UI projects, with the aim of achieving content harmonization within the platforms that the banks provide to their customers (Website, Mobile Banking APP, Internet Banking)
  • Support for Project Management activities, for bugs resolution and the implementation of new features within the subsidiaries banks for their website channel
  • Help the subsidiary banks in the management and update of the website, by using the CMS Magnolia
  • Creation of Internal Communication plan to communicate and promote Contest/New or changed business rules/ Sales Commercial Webinars to subsidiaries bank's Relationship Managers. This activity includes also the management of a dedicated External Agency involved to create materials (leaflets, infographics, videos, manuals...) that have to be adapted locally and provided to the banks in order to proceed with the publishing inside Intranet and Internal dedicated platforms.
  • Creation of content and copy EN proposals to provide additional support to banks and also to reinforce the main messages that have to be included in Marketing and Internal Communication plans, proposed by us, as Central Marketing office.
