I manage IT projects since 2000. I lead IT projects from idea generation to launch, coach complete IT team from development to test and support teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget. I like supporting the generated application(s) for the customer benefit.
Rebuilt of the information system into an unique cloud (18 platforms merged into 1 single one) used to create the IT offer for the 300 000 financial customers around the world. It should allow to deliver quicker new features to the customer (every month instead of every 2 years)
Change Management : “Pragmatic marketing” and Scrum (Agile) implementation on business teams and technical teams in order to exploit the new online platform
Creation and management of tools in order to support the new methodology integrated with the company CRM (SIEBEL, JIRA, Feature Plan, MS SQL, C#)
Training of product/project managers about the new method of working with the creation/setup of eLearning modules and online sessions

Coaching of the various projet/product managers in order to help them to translate the business needs into requirements following the proposed method
Definition and setup of the Pragmatic Marketing and SCRUM approach in order to better organize the various teams involved in the delivery of new features (Marketing, Sales, Product/project managers, IT Dev, IT Tests, IT Ops). Ultimate goal is to increase drastically the Time to Market.
Prepare the monthly launch plan with the technical teams, the various maket segments and the marketing for Eikon products familly
Define metrics, success criteria and change management for the project teams
Prepare and organise the meeting about prioritisation of the release plan between the different market segments
