Define and setup a set of tools in order to better organize the ophthalmologists in France.
In France, the number of ophthalmologists is limited and the diseases around vision are increasing due to the explosion of new technologies. The impact is that the delay to see an ophthalmologists is 120 days in average.
I have proposed a new way of working, improving the patient’s path and decreasing the delay to see an ophthalmologist in France supported by a new set of tools : appointment on Internet, better organisation inside each cabinet and better management of the agenda.
2,500 ophthalmolgists have subscribed to the online service. Delays are decreasing after 1 year of implementation.
