Autonomous and dynamic I know how to adapt myself quickly to the new technologies. Accustomed to the group work me know how to maintain good relations with the members of my team to optimize the work supplied by each.
In a team of 7 people, I support the project manager HRIS Saint-Gobain on two applications:
PeopleGroup, the application of the Saint-Gobain Group Executives Management tracks the careers and treating processes such as annual interviews, review of remuneration or international mobility.
OpenJob, application management vacancies and applications is in turn responsible for propelling internal mobility and boost the recruitment process within the Group.
Activity : • Understanding the needs from the business teams. • Functional and technical specifications for evolving applications. • Relationship with offshore teams of Saint-Gobain in India to monitor specific developments as well as the achievement of operational tasks. • Integration testing. • Writing the documentation. • Support User on an international level. • Monitoring the relationship with the Human Resources Department. • Manage the daily activities and project monitoring in a methodological framework • Fit Gap PeopleSoft application 8.52 to 9.2
Working in the communication department of the school EPITA. My work was to help for event organisation and to manage other EPITA’s student at these event.
