Runner - Food and Drinks from the bar and the kitchen to the tables on the floor. Basic aproche with customer.
Waiter - in charge of 1 section on the floor, taking care and order of all customer in the area.
Bartender - Display Drinks, Wine, Coffee and Tea in time on a tray ready to go for the runner.
Supervisor on the floor - in charge of opening or closing shift, giving section to the waiters helping them and be aware with all the floor. Deeling issues with customers.
Opening Shift - Display Cakes by the window, set up tables and be ready to open the shop in time. then be in charge of the team to give the best service to the customer.
Closing Shift - Close the shop, cleaning, close tills.
