Focusing on forecasting and planning and all round business process improvement
Manage the database of products within the sales system including stock management and inventories
Implementation of new internal control procedures and working practices within existing business framework
Working with sales directors to push the commercial team beyond limits throughout a split plan
Ensure reconciliation of all monthly revenue of the business and report any unfound amount to the bank
Liaising with development team and providing relevant data and guidance for business improvements
Follow-up of all bad provision: Cheques, alliances management fees
