Over Fifteen years’ of experience in Plant Design and Piping Design Expert, I have started my professional career since 1997 as a Piping Designer, I possess the relevant Piping design engineering experience for Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Water and Wastewater. Working Since 2005 in the Oil&Gas Sector as Offshore, Onshore, LNG Plant Petrochemical Plant, different type of projects as FEED, EPCM and detail design engineering, for different engineering firms, QUANTAPOINT, WorleyParsons and Chiyoda. Personal attributes include leadership and sound judgment as well as creativity, analytical and troubleshooting skills during my career history has been improved and evolved by experience gained due to interacting to diverse backgrounds and culture of different organizations at several countries.

Scope of the work: Scope of the work: • Develop Laser documentation for offshore oil complex, using laser scanning data, for REHAB Project. • Prepare equipment 3D Cad model for Ramadan 6 complex using CADWorx as per laser scanning data. • Prepare piping 3D Cad model, using CADWorx as per laser scanning data. for REHAB Project • Implement Plot plans and as-per Cad model and laser scanning data, for REHAB Project • Implement piping arrangement drawing and per Cad model and laser scanning data, for REHAB Project • Prepare Equipment elevations for the complex using the 3D Cad model as per the laser scanning data. • Design and prepare for general pipe route for study of major values of Equipment Layout and instrumentations locations. • Implement Piping design for the required facilities included in the project scope of work. • Prepare Piping drawing for pipe rack and sleeper civil loading data. • Provide piping support type and location including pipe loading values and directions. • Preparing Equipment nozzle orientation drawing. • Prepare piping design and construction drawing including Piping Isometric drawing & GA Drawing. • Preparing Piping MTO materials and piping work volume. • Review internal discipline document reflecting related data to piping design. • Handle 3D Model Review Meeting discussion project aspects and basis of design with client. • Prepare As-built 3D model and As-built drawing. • Manage and supervise group of designers to achieve project design requirement. • Lead design team to control project progress according to project schedule to maintain project deadline.
