Over Fifteen years’ of experience in Plant Design and Piping Design Expert, I have started my professional career since 1997 as a Piping Designer, I possess the relevant Piping design engineering experience for Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Water and Wastewater. Working Since 2005 in the Oil&Gas Sector as Offshore, Onshore, LNG Plant Petrochemical Plant, different type of projects as FEED, EPCM and detail design engineering, for different engineering firms, QUANTAPOINT, WorleyParsons and Chiyoda. Personal attributes include leadership and sound judgment as well as creativity, analytical and troubleshooting skills during my career history has been improved and evolved by experience gained due to interacting to diverse backgrounds and culture of different organizations at several countries.

Scope of the work: • Review / Clarify contract document, verify design package, preparing individual design plan. • Execute Site survey and preparing site survey report to indicted scope of work on the life plant, following client safety requirement. • Review Project specification and general specification. • Implement Piping design for the required facilities included in the project scope of work. • Review Plot Plan regarding piping design requirement and equipment layout arrangement. • Execute 3D customizing, Checking and review 3D model. • Prepare Piping drawing for pipe rack and sleeper civil loading data. • Prepare piping design and construction drawing including Piping Isometric drawing, Piping general arrangement drawing and special pipe support drawing • Prepare Piping MTO materials and piping work volume. • Review, develop and finalize of Line List. • Confirm piping Tie-in point location preparing Tie-in List. • Test Block Diagram drawing preparation. • Prepare Blinding Plan to implement the required Tie-In point. • Prepare Sub-contract Requisition, followed by Sub-contract TBE according to project specifications. • Sub-contracts meeting and bidders site visit giving instruction about the piping project scope of work. • Review other disciplines data sheet to achieve optimum design. • Dealing with client to achieve design requirements. • Dealing with Sub-contract responding the Technical Queries response issued by Sub-contract during construction stage. • Prepare As-built 3D model and As-built drawing. • Manage and supervise group of designers to achieve project design requirement. • Lead design team to control project progress according to project schedule to maintain project deadline. • Deal with project management team to estimate Man-hours for new Project, applying piping input to build new project CTR’s & project schedule.
