In the HR team of Valeo Powertrain Systems Business Group (19 000 Employees) and in direct relation with the concerned managers and coordinators of the sites (33 sites in 15 countries)
Involvement of the personnal (IP) Social Control Management
Monthly reports and follow-up of audits and several indicators (including absenteeism and safety in link with HSE teams)
Support to the sites of the Business Group in the development following the IP roadmaps
Support in the use of the internal plateform of safety incident declaration and follow-up
Management Development Career and compensation & benefits management for executives and engineers of the perimeter. (Salary reviews,Stock options (Long Term Rewards and Restricted Shares attributions) Succession and Development Plan )
Support to the 33 sites
HR projects and Campus Management
Organization of fairs and meeting with schools (including one fair for the Group)
Quarterly follow-up of the trainees and apprentices population
Building a training module regarding the legal directives to follow in the frame of the trainees/apprentice management
Follow up of the apprenticeship tax campaign and support to the sites
