• Greeting, seating and thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return.
• Serving guests with their food and beverages.
• Clearing and cleaning tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards and preparing tables as quick as possible.
• Presenting dessert menus, making specific recommendations and answering queries regarding the menu to the guests.
• Safely lifting and carrying trays filled with multiple dishes and drinks on a daily basis
• Completing side duties as required including, polishing silverware, cleaning toilets, mopping the floor and filling condiments and any other additional duties.
• Notifying manager-on-duty any time a guest is unsatisfied with their experience to ensure that guest leaves satisfied with the outcome.
• Following the correct opening and closing procedures, ensuring high chairs, tables, chairs, toilets, doors are clean.
