My name is Yana Wang, currently studying the master of management (CEMS) at the university of Sydney. With a background of psychology, I am interested in managing people and organizations by applying psychological theories into practical business management. I am an ambitious and tenacious person, aiming to accomplish assigned tasks in a responsible manner, which has contributed to my academic achievements, such as being listed in dean's honor list. Also, I have learnt great teamwork skills from numerous group projects. For example, by working hard as a group and learning together to confront difficulties, one of my group projects has been considered as a candidate piece for future promotion of the unit. Although I have limited work experience, I have practiced using Microsoft Office softwares and learnt to be flexible at work. Furthermore, the experience of being an operating assistant helped me make time-wise plan and gained great interpersonal skills, such as dealing with conflicts. On top of that, the international studying experience enables me to be more culturally diverse and better tolerate difference.
