Assessed the existing budget allocation process with accounting team. Managed the entire process mapping & analysis initiative, identified bottlenecks, and used Basecamp and Signavio for simulation modeling.
Achievement: Used process analysis to develop the new budget allocation process to management, later implemented by department dean.
Trained as Project Manager: Accountable for all communications with speakers, constructed digital marketing strategies & oversaw Fintech conference operations.
Achievement: Took ownership of the Rise of the Female Founders Gala, successfully managed over #2000 attendees, approx. 150 company pitches and 5 guest speakers including Cindy Crawford & Lynda Weinman.
