Provide first point quality support and service to Member firms using the XPLAN software and a range of financial planning matters.
Communicate effectively with advisers, support staff and internal teams to appropriately troubleshoot and use initiative to resolve the problem.
Management and prioritization of workload to ensure timely, efficient support.
Openly and actively communicate with the Count team and in particular the Business Development Team and the Professional Standards Team about Member concerns, risk and any other issue that may arise.
Establish effective working relationships with team members and the broader Count team.
Maintain up to date knowledge of financial planning, developments within the XPLAN software and other learning areas that arise.
