  • Responsible for helping LaFourchette (aka. TheFork) transition from a Restaurant-reservation company to a Recommended-by-the-Community Restaurant reservation Company.
  • Built a from-scratch Community roadmap to create the technical concept of reviews, and iterated in order to increase Reviews / Reservation rate as well as Reviews with a text ratio by 30%. Supervised the arrival of photographies on TheFork reviews.
  • Defined the company's moderation policy and customer feedback management and trained operational teams accordingly.

  • Responsible for building the features de community needed when the company decided to build its own Forum and Q&A System.
