  • Responsible for helping LaFourchette (aka. TheFork) transition from a Restaurant-reservation company to a Recommended-by-the-Community Restaurant reservation Company.
  • Built a from-scratch Community roadmap to create the technical concept of reviews, and iterated in order to increase Reviews / Reservation rate as well as Reviews with a text ratio by 30%. Supervised the arrival of photographies on TheFork reviews.
  • Defined the company's moderation policy and customer feedback management and trained operational teams accordingly.
  • Helped LaFourchette to expand internationally through being the Program Manager of the opening of the service in 5 countries (Denmark, Sweden, Turkey, Portugal, Brazil) and setting up the localization process in 11 languages with TripAdvisor Localization teams and TheFork local contacts.
  • Responsible for building the features de community needed when the company decided to build its own Forum and Q&A System. Created dedicated forum spaces to gather and discuss about their needs, behavioral analysis through Analytics setup. Great tools such as a Tutorial maker, a machine-learning moderating bot, as well as a gamification reward system helped retaining the community most active members.
  • Increased the content creation by 20% thanks to AB Testing and Workflow optimization on content creation per visits metrics.
