Elaboration and guidance of strategic recruitment and selection processes, application of Psychological Tests, psychological assessment of candidates and employees;
Analysis of positions and salaries, development and training of leaderships, climate research, performance evaluation and development of Organizational Culture;
KPI management, project management with agile methodologies, elaboration of procedures, intersectoral communication, support to the Commercial and Legal departments (employment laws), complete routine of the Personnel Department;
