The founder and CEO of Addison Resources from 2014 to 2017, William Kelleher evaluated and leased 6,000 acres of land in California’s Santa Maria Valley. Prior to joining to Addison Resources, William Kelleher was chairman and CEO of New World Oil and Gas, where his notable projects included a multi-well exploration drilling operation and management of a 425 line km 2D seismic program in Belize. He raised more than $70 million in funding in just 36 months with the company.
Since 2017, William Kelleher has served as senior vice president of West Energy Capital in Redondo Beach, California. In that role, he evaluates oil and gas producing assets for acquisition in the United States offshore market. active in several professional organizations, he is a 35-year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and has given presentations at the Royal Geological Society in London.
His career spans globally having workewd 15 Years in the SE Asia, 10 years in the Former Soviet Union, 15 years in Africa, the Middle East and in the USA. His experience spans from drilling, completion, stimulation and well testing operations; from remote land based rig to jacks ups, deep water and ultra-deep water floaters. he have been a certified well control instructor for both surface and subsea operations and have an extensive field operations experience. Mr Kelleher is also equally qualified in reservoir engineering, log interpretation, reserve reportng, production engineering and optimization. By SPE and LSE AIM standards he is a qualified competent person.
