3 week certified training aimed for the profession of community managerorganized by CORP in partnership with with GIZ (Tunisian-German center for employment, migration and reintegration) and AHK The training has two components 1-Soft Skills : -structure of ideas: voice / stress management / improvisation / self-confidence / self marketing -Emotional Intelligence: Autonomy / tolerance / debate / collective analysis -Team cohesion: team work / conflict management / listening / having objectives 2-Technical skills : -The implementation of content -Co-develop the social media strategy with the leader or the social media manager -Set up social networks -Manage the brand's E-reputation -Manage customer relations via direct messaging on networks
