    This 25million Sq ft site holds a 150 Berth Marina, Retail Mall with 8000 visitors per day, Greg Norman golf course, 7 community pools, private beach, parks, 700+ Luxury Villas and 400 Apartments

    I directly mobilised and managed 200+ staff providing the full range of FM services: HVAC Engineering, Infrastructure engineering • Full Security cover in conjunction with the Royal Oman Police • Internal, external and specialist Cleaning • Pest control • Landscaping • CAFM Helpdesk • Community management • Retail operations.

    I also headed the Muscat city Commercial HVAC/Cleaning/Pest Control division for Renaissance.

    Annual Budget Target for the business unit achieved within 10 months, commercial division income increased by 40%

    Wexford Taverns is a medium sized independent FMCG/Hospitality company with additional property development interests (50+ total properties)

    Working closely with the managing director, I designed, implemented and concluded strategic plans to standardise the facilities management practices across the brand portfolio.

    I designed and delivered training in Fire & evacuation, electrical safety & RAMS management to circa 200 staff across 40+ locations

    I was also responsible for ensuring delivery of efficient resource and contractor management programs for the development properties alongside other duties ranging from operational effectiveness studies, financial management reviews and regulatory compliance for the licensed premises.
