About Me
I am a dynamic Educationist offering 09+ years’ of teaching experience in international schools. I have taken up leadership and management roles in International Schools of all levels I have worked, (Pre-Schools, Elementary, Middle and Secondary) as well as coaching. I am a young, energetic and experienced professional with planning, management and administrative skills who enjoys taking risks and utilizing every opportunity that comes my way.
I serve with professionalism and work well in teams. My Education program is always aimed more at providing students with a worthwhile and enjoyable learning environment while providing the necessary knowledge and tools to adhere to this changing world.

I have a passion for working with institutions that promote human development and social change in order to demonstrate my skills. I am a self reliant, motivated and self driven person thus efficient and effective in my assignments so as to be able to meet set goals and targets of the institution for which I work.

I am willing to learn and improve on my abilities in the execution of given tasks as this will help me gain more experience and exposure.

    I have been very instrumental in providing maximum Physical Activity within the time allocated to me per each individual Class.
    P.E is beyond kicking a ball or throwing a ball in the ring. I go beyond to teach social values and skills that learners will use for a lifetime, hence teaching skills and activities that are transferred into Physical Activity Outside of Physical Education Class. This is of course what every parent out there is looking for.
    Motivate children to be active:
    As a Physical Educator, one of my primary roles has been to motivate and encourage my students to participate in Physical Education Lessons. This has been achieved by praising learners for Participation, Leading by Example, planning and organizing student-centered activities while also aligning them with the curriculum.
  • EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
    Sports Club Tutoring, arranging and Organizing Sports Tournaments within the school and planning friendly games for different sports disciplines which encouraged motivation. Such sports activities included, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Badminton, Table Tennis,Rugby, Hockey and Swimming.

    Assist in the planning, development and amendment of the school's discipline policy for each academic year starting.
    Assist the school head in making decision on the staffing of the school discipline team
    Effectively communicating to parents through phone calls and e-mails on matters regarding behavior of their children and scheduling meetings with them where need be
    To liaise with outside organizations and agencies concerned so that they coordinate their services to strengthen school discipline
  • OPERATIONAL DUTIES:
    In my office as a discipline Master, I have worked towards the goal of helping each and every student to fulfill his or her intellectual, social, physical and emotional potential
    At Hope Academy Rwanda, I created an orderly and distraction-free environment in which all the students can learn effectively and pleasantly.
    I ensured a proactive approach to behavioral management through positive guidance.
    I held presentations with students from G.1 through G.11 to explain the school's discipline policy at every start of each academic quarter.

  • Physical Education Teacher As a Physical Education and Sports Teacher at Acorns International School, I experienced the teaching of an International Baccalaureate Curriculum which was very interesting and fun.
    It emphases the development of a holistic learner hence as a P.E Teacher, I still had to make a follow-up respective class teachers while making my lesson plans to ensure that I relate my teaching to the themes being taught in class.
  • Tutor for Sports Clubs I organized and conducted Sports Clubs on dierent days of the week for dierent classes from Early Childhood through to grade 5 which was the top most class in this school by then.
  • Activities included Swimming, Football, Basketball, Netball and Games.
