Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their AV requirements.
Oversee the installation and configuration of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital audio/video signage, sound systems, and other multimedia technologies.
Manage and lead a team of AV / IT technicians and support staff.
Provide training, guidance, process adjustments and support to team members.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintaining detailed records of AV installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
Established and maintained strong relationships with vendors and suppliers in France, Western Europe and U.S.A, ensuring timely procurement of equipment.
