First Rotation: Senior Customer Service Executive in DAMCO
In this first rotation, I am a team leader who is responsible for managing a team of five customer service executives to achieve best-in-class service level through booking, planning of shipments as per customer SOPs, resolution of their queries, service issues as well as follow –up on outstanding.
Accounts handled: Wolverine Worldwide Inc (Export), Schneider Electric (Export/Import), Groupe ADEO (Export)
Achievements:
Successfully organized Wolverine Origin Workshop 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for 20 participants. Won 1st prize for origin innovation competition with Container Utilization project.
Together with my team, achieved 10/10 on Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017 for Wolverine account- Wolverine Customer Service team achieved DAMCO award "Team of the Month" in December 2017
