As a professional, I have extensive experience implementing and leading different HR processes and activities such as: organisational development (job profiles, onboarding, performance management, talent management, training, work environment), compensation, payroll, benefits, recruitment, well-being, workforce planning, management control, internal communications and digital transformation.
This, together with a solid background in business administration, allows me to have a comprehensive vision in decision-making, always considering both the economic factors and the impacts on people.
