Training course aimed to completing and deeping the knowledge of governance forms and the general characteristic of regulation in the current phase of globalization. I analyze the contractual legal instruments, treaties and commercial agreements that contribute to compose the rules of markets regulation at national and international level. In particular, I study the application of regulation and competition rules in different markets: from financial and telecommunications, to environmental and food sectors.

I won a scholarship from my University for my study project at Universidad de Piura" (UDEP), Perù (four months).
I studied the Land Grabbing phenomenon, from its origins to today, in comparison with the other Sudamericas’ states and African counties. There, I had direct contact with the populations affected by this phenomenon and I could perceive its strong impact that affects the environment, economy, social welfare and human rights. I examined not only many cases and the jurisprudence of national and international courts but also the national and international rules that governe the foreing investements and protect indigenous peoples' rights.
