I was initially recruited to accelerate the development of the trainig programs, reporting to the COO. My role quickly expanded to encompass the management of all of the company's structural projects:

Management of the Product team (4 people)
Creation or upgrade to new quality standards of 30 courses over an 18-months period through the reprocessing of the courses production line
Supervision of the full rebuild of the company's online course delivery platform: working alongside the Product Owner and the development team to achieve a highly improved user experience ✅ Improved participant satisfaction, completion rate over 90%
▶️ Client-centric Approach
Build, structuration and lead of the Customer Success team (3 people)
Direct supervision of the deployment of customized training program for key customers (Banque de France, Carrefour, ADEME,...) ✅ Client satisfaction skyrocketed above 80%, sales grew by €2m
▶️ Sales Efficiency
Set-up and deployment of the Salesforce.com platform
Training of the Sales team and coaching of a Salesforce.com 'key user' to introduce and maintain best practices
Conception of an innovative on-line training tool for the marketing world teams about the new webmarketing techniques: e-learning principle combined with a corporate worldwide challenge
