Control all activities at stores: store image, visual merchandise, staffs…
Training: basic knowledge about product also policies of company for new staffs; knowledge of new collection every season.
Plan necessary rules and regulation for stores, get approval higher management and execution of the policies. From time to time evaluate the effectiveness of policy and make necessary adjustment.
Supervise staffs at store and via sales report everyday, random check receipt and book recording, make reward or senction if any.
Eveluate and renovate the manners of staffs, organize periodic inspection.
Regularly check and refresh visual merchandise at stores.
Guide staffs display as guideline and concept from Brand.
Join in changing layout every season, suggest ideas for Christmas, Luna New Year or holidays…
Solve complaint of customers also problems occur at stores.
Get feedback reports and customer information from stores every month, implement customer service plan or base on them to make suitable adjustment in buying, allocate stock...
Develop and implement activities to achieve sales target by setting monthly sales target for all stores and review their performance monthly and quarterly.
Transmit promotion info to staffs. Supervise their implement and collect effective of promotion or event. Find out strengths and weaknesses through programs.
Sale & Merchandise:
Plan buying budget of new collection and join for buying in the trade show at foreign countries twice times a year .
Follow orders, invoices and shipments. Make claim if there is any problem.
Make price base on regulation profit and suggest retail price at some neighboring countries.
Survey and statistical top product, slow product to propose discount price, promotion or event to increase sales.
Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
Full responsibility in the development and implementation of private brand strategy within the category.
Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
Supplier management, negotiation of payment terms, rebates etc.
Marketing:
Monitoring sales to propose marketing promotions.
Update and revise the rationality after receive feedback from previous programs.
Estimate and propose budget for marketing activities, printing leaflets, catalogues....
Coordinate with design department to approve the images of POP, banners, standee be showed on this program.
Monitor the activities on fan page, double check before approve for posts on website and Facebook.
Identify ideas and monitoring the implementation of mini-game on fan page, evaluate effectiveness of them.
Work with Digital department for related issues on website.
Monitor and request relevant department have to promptly revise the information on media once there are errors.
