  • Main in charge of buying: planing, innovating and make adjustment on Buying process.
  • Responsible for driving product offer, assortment direction and strategy focused on increasing category consumer right assortments to ensure a productive, profitable, and integrated marketplace.
  • Supplier management, negotiation of payment terms, rebates etc.
  • Manage product flow, product rotation.
  • Follow orders, invoices and shipments. Making claim if there is any problem.
  • Supervise, lead Merchandise team on all aspects.
  • Analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop monthly forecasts of sales and inventory for all basic and fashion styles and will develop strategies to meet department financial goals and own open to buy forecasts.
  • Understands consumer needs and market opportunity to buy the right product.
  • Identify beyond trends to identify what's next and deliver the right product, at the right price, in the right places, at the right time.
  • Making price base on regulation profit and suggest retail price at some neighboring countries.
  • Survey and statistical top product, slow product to propose discount price, promotion or event to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with VM department for Seasonal Collection, seasonal VM plan.
  • Coordinate with Marketing department on Seasonal campaigns, Key product for PR plan, events ...
  • Provide Seasonal product knowledge to retail staff to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
