  • Control all activities at stores: retail staffs, store image, visual merchandise, …
  • Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve target goals.
  • Usually visit stores to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales, random check receipt and book recording, make reward or senction if any.
  • Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information
  • Plan necessary rules and regulation for stores, get approval higher management and execution of the policies. From time to time evaluate the effectiveness of policy and make necessary adjustment.
  • Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets to ensure they meet set objectives
  • Update basic knowledge / seasonal products to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance
  • Estimate the needs of each store location and work with the store's management to solve conflicts, make sure that scheduling needs are met and assist in improving employee performance and retention.
  • Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each location. Doing a periodic inventory analysis for each store and using that analysis coupled with sales figures to determine the optimal stock levels.
  • Determine a layout of store merchandise that is visually appealing to consumers. Instruct the store's management and employees on how to maintain the design with the arrival of new merchandise. Teaching the store's employees how to optimize space for special events, such as in-store discount sales.
  • Constantly review store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss to suggest to management how each location could change in order to maximize profits and reduce loss at the store level.
  • Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
  • Get feedback reports and customer information from stores every month, implement customer service plan or base on them to make suitable adjustment in buying, allocate stock...
  • Coordinate with other team as Warehouse, Merchandise, Brand, Marketing to implement all activities or events in store.
