Responsibility of Sales, Margin, old stock, potential old stock, stock rotation, private brand share, core customer share, stock correction & availability.
Plan buying budget of new collection twice times a year.
Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
Follow orders, invoices and shipments. Making claim if there is any problem.
Making price base on regulation profit and suggest retail price at some neighboring countries.
Full responsibility in the development and implementation of private brand strategy within the category.
Survey and statistical top product, slow product to propose discount price, promotion or event to increase sales.
Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
