- • Launch Value Based Pricing Projects in the Partner Business Unit to generate a value based pricing mindset, optimize innovative price positioning, identify untapped profit potential, and achieve better profitability, margin and market share.
• Develop Value Based Pricing framework to implement into existing Country Launch (CoLa) process stage-gate and succeed transformation from Value Based Pricing to Value Based Selling.
