Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure standards are followed
Conduct regular inspections of all guest rooms
Work closely with the Maintenance department to address all guest room repairs
Address all guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments
Follow departmental policies and procedures
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
