  • Work closely with Human Resources Department in maintaining and providing accurate procedures and information related to policies and contracts to the lecturers in the Faculty
  • Actively involve in observing, tracking and reporting performances of lecturers every semester and present to the Dean and HR dept.
  • Organise and supervise events for lecturers, students to promote the image and reputation of the Faculty
  • Be a host for special events assigned by the Faculty
  • Organize events, workshops and seminars for students of different majors based on the curriculum and syllabus
  • Build and enhance strong relationship with current and new business partners to understand their recruiting requirements and internship programmes for students
  • Cooperate with important organizations and companies such as Facebook, Google, etc. to bring valuable courses for students
  • Support students towards their internship programmes and on-the-job training period
  • Evaluate and assess the overall quality after every event and make a detailed plan for upcoming months
  • Connect with Universities and institutes oversea and support students to have the mobility programmes (Malaysia)
  • Be in charge of teaching Communicative English and IELTS Reading and Listening for EFL learners
  • Support Academics Department in preparing lesson plans and handouts
  • Ensure teachers' performance and curriculum meets the qualified standards
  • Assess educational materials and ensure the implementation of curriculums
  • Conduct orientation training for teachers and teaching assistants
  • Be in charge of recruitment process for vacancies in Operation, Finance, Research and Development, Quality Control - Level 'staff' and 'worker'
  • Assist manager in creating and posting job description on recruitment websites and on social network pages
  • Search for CV, select potential candidates for interview and arrange the interview schedule
  • Be in charge of interviewing candidates with manager of related department and assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
