Full responsibility of the company's reporting processes, from early set-up to weekly delivery to clients - this involved turning 5+ large datasets into customer-centric reports, to be automatically generated on a weekly basis
Account Management and Business Development - this involved holding workshops and project kick-off meetings with newly acquired clients and becoming the main point of contact between project teams on site and the company (managed 5+ accounts on a daily basis)
Full responsibility of the operational/logistics implications of the data collection process across all clients/projects
