Full responsibility for a successful implementation of the financial and accounting module of the SAP ERP system
Responsible for the whole process of the implementation: collecting all necessary requirements from all the stakeholders, selecting the suitable ERP software, planning the schedule, testing the functions and managing the go live
In connection with the software implementation: providing consultancy for the management which reports and business models to use to make well-informed decisions on management and board level
Helping the Brand Managers developing annual brand plans, implementing new product development ideas and promotional offers in partnership with the sales teams
Implementing market research reports and evaluations; monitoring sales data
Contract management; crating purchase orders and goods receipting
Coordinating the social media presence and online promotions of the brand, managing a tasting promotion in 27 locations countrywide throughout the summer of 2015
