Detailed Description
I run a small copy center startup focused on helping students to gain access to printing services at their dorms for a reasonable price with great convenience and user comfort.
My main responsibility was management of international claims and coordination of the dunning process with our partners in other european countries.
Achievements:
Our biggest client was unhappy that due to their very specific requirements for uploading data to our system, interest was not being calculated accurately. I created a customized formula for calculating interest which solved the issue and helped us retain the client.
