    • Management, Audit Usage, Stock Keeping, Assignment of Hardware Tokens for the Banking Application used by both customers and staff.

    • Administer enterprise software/applications and devices, which include the following: Active Directory, Microsoft Lync Server 2013, Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, Microsoft Office 365 and Domino Workflow, Microsoft Dynamic CRM etc.

    • Provide IT service desk support to both internal and external users and/or customers of our banking application (phoenix & 3rd parties) and e-Business products. Provide 1st and 2nd tier support for the following bank products/softwares (Phoenix, other banking applications, Visa card, MasterCard, Prepaid cards, Internet Banking, mobile banking, Transactions notification, Automated Teller Machines (ATM), Intranet Issues, Pay direct, E-transact, Revenue tracker, Z mobile, E-payment payroll support, Microsoft exchange server 2007, Active directory, IBM domino administrator and many more.
