Aided in the training of 4 store managers in the Oregon/Washington area, for a new workforce time keeping system by visiting their store and giving a presentation on how to work the new system
Facilitated an online letter to help explain and demonstrate the use of a new ERP system to company employees
Created a flow diagram that is used to this day across headquarters, showing the hierarchy from headquarters to each district of the country
Attended daily executive and change management meetings in order to obtain a better grasp of the company and its direction moving forward
