Being in the logistics industry for 5 years with last 3 years being at the sales position, which helps to had basic understand the logistics market, the needs of clients including local as well as global one. Have the passion, integrity, skills and drive required to achieve goals. Along with a target focused, commercially aware and highly motivated character. Ability to put things together to ensure that business targets always met customer requirement.
Follow and Handle 3 PL customer. Contact freight forwarding, shipping lines, transport units …, make and proceed plan for all relevant sides to ensure all purchasing activities meet with production requirements and all delivery activities meet with customer requirements.
Be responsible for distribution, shipments, inventory and database reconciliation.
Oversee operational programming and recommended efficiencies and potential cost containment developments.
Collaborate with key personnel and line managers in the planning and implementation of sufficient operations that met customer needs and budgets.
Maintain and control daily processes, support and allocate manpower to confront with problems arising, ensure all operation can be run smoothly.
Report operation status to relevant parties upon request or as scheduled and ensures operational documentation to be correct and submitted in a timely manner.
