Managed after school Supplemental Educational Services program of federally funded tutoring for urban school systems. Managed staff of 400+ teachers and consultants.
Grew program from less than 100 participants to nearly 8,000 in months. Promoted to turnaround position in national call center – reduced cost nearly 20% and grew revenue 200% within 8 months. Promoted to oversee National Online Programming, which lead to redevelopment of platform and growth of business line.
