As the CEO of Growth Strategies, LLC, Tom Rompel draws on more than 30 years of experience in business leadership and consulting. He stands out as a founding member of Transformational Technologies, Inc., a consulting firm network that introduced the concept of coaching as a management model. Since that time, Tom Rompel has continued to embrace the concept of coaching in business and its potential to help managers target their weaknesses, capitalize on their strengths, and reach their goals.
Tom Rompel continued to offer coaching services through Transformational Technologies into the early 1990s. During this time, he also collaborated with award-winning coach Lute Olson to create an innovative seminar known as Coaching: The Art of Managing People. He continues to apply his business management coaching skills to benefit his clients through Growth Strategies, LLC, which he established in 2008.
A published author as well, Mr. Rompel released Citizen Warrior -The 4th Branch in 2016. The book has since become an Amazon bestseller and runner-up for Shelf Unbound’s 2016 Best Indie Book Award.
