An Annapolis, Maryland-based business executive and project manager, Tom Cole holds a bachelor of science in real estate studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a master of city and regional planning from Rutgers University in Brunswick, New Jersey. Over the course of his career in Annapolis, Tom Cole has prepared military family housing privatization analyses for Air Force Family Housing, formulated a public/private development incentive package for brownfields redevelopment, and provided economic and business relocation and development case analysis for the US Marine Corps.
Since 1996, Mr. Cole has managed a diverse portfolio of real estate assets and handled a wide variety of property transactions as president of BBPC & Associates. Building on his experience on well over $10 billion in total Department of the Navy (DoN) housing privatization projects, he continues to serve as a lead DoN consultant in areas that range from family and unaccompanied housing privatization to enhanced-use leasing.
